C-A-R-T (Cocaine-Amphetamine-Regulatory-Transcript) is a neurotransmitter that tells your body to quit eating. Producing that feeling of satiety and fullness that tells you when you have eaten enough. Stimulation of the production of this neurotransmitter can be achieved in several different ways. Some studies show that exercise increases the amount of C-A-R-T produced by the body. Also your diet has been shown to affect the production of this chemical as well.

NPY (Neuropeptide Y)

NPY (Neuropeptide Y) is the chemical opposite of C-A-R-T and is produced when your body needs more food. Another result of this chemical is that some studies have shown that it can also play a role in fat build up around the abdomen. Production of this chemical can be stimulated by several factors among which diet, activity level, and emotional state all play key roles.

I was trying another diet pill that did not have appetite suppressant. I like Nuphedragen because I have no desire to want to eat after taking it. Give me 2 weeks and I know I will have lost a few pounds.

I know there is a lot of gimmicks and so many diet drugs that do not work. This is not one of them; it actually does not make me hungry. I only take 2 pills a day or I would not eat at all. If I eat a little after I take the pill, I feel stuffed on just a little food.
